Since 2016, we have been developing residential projects thought as a unit, on a long-term basis. REDPORT CAPITAL: our division securitizing financing for projects in the REDPORT portfolio.
REDPORT MANAGEMENT: the parent company in charge of business generation, project management and identifying the best real estate investment opportunities.
REDPORT CONTRACTOR: our own general contracting company. This division allows us to have total control over the construction process from foundations to finishes, ensuring uncompromising standards of workmanship. Our team of construction experts guarantee quality and on-time delivery.
REDPORT ENGINEERING: the engineering and construction division, offering complete technical solutions, from feasibility studies and technical audit to construction design and final documentation required for the acceptance of works.
REDPORT PROPERTIES: delivered The Level phases 1 and 2 and currently operates as the Group's vehicle for income generating assets. The company has a stabilized rental portfolio that generates recurring income. This asset base is the foundation for a long-term recurring income platform within the Redport Group.
