Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions, founded REDPORT Group to help redefine the real estate market in Romania. Graduated in Law in Bucharest and Paris, he is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2006. Leadership through clarity, discipline and ownership. I believe that good decisions come from reality, not noise, and that real power comes from self-control. I choose consistency over impulse, honor over short-term advantage, and sustainable construction over immediate comfort. To me, leadership is about full responsibility: creating value that stands the test of time, making decisions that you can defend for years to come, and being ready to build the next level when the current model reaches its limits.

Bogdan Gubandru

Chief Operations Officer

Bogdan Gubandru, a graduate in Political Science, has over 15 years of experience in the Central and Eastern European real estate markets, playing a key role in landmark transactions such as the sale of America House to Morgan Stanley and the sale of Floreasca Park to investment funds Zeus and Resolution. Previously, he held investment director positions at Crosspoint Savills, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox and Encore Capital Trust.

Oriol Casellas

Chief Financial Officer

Oriol Casellas is a graduate of the ESADE MBA program in Barcelona and has more than 20 years of industry experience, gained in management positions for financial and real estate projects in Romania and Poland. His most recent positions include the role of CEO of Meta Estate Trust from 2021-2023, during which time the company has invested in more than 20 real estate projects in the country, as well as the position of Development Manager at Veranda Mall, which he held from 2012-2021.

Dan Vilau

Chief Technical Officer

With over 14 years of experience in the construction field, acquired in the companies Erbașu and Real Confort, where he held the positions of Project Manager and Executive Project Manager, Dan Vilău continued his professional career in real estate development, accumulating in the last 15 years a solid experience in the real estate development area. He held the role of Contract Manager at Impact Developer & Contractor, and later the positions of Senior Project Manager and Development Director at River Development, a company known for the development of landmark projects such as The Light One, as well as the London and Oslo office buildings of the Sema Parc project. For 5 years he has been part of the Redport team, where he holds the position of Technical Director, responsible for the coordination and delivery of major residential projects. During this period he helped finalize the Level 2 and Level 3 projects, and is currently developing the Level 4, Vitality and Infinity projects. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the coordination and delivery of complex real estate developments, contributing to the implementation and completion of large-scale residential and mixed-use projects in Bucharest

Sorin Ioan Blaga

Chief Commercial Officer

Sorin Ioan Blaga has more than 35 years of managerial experience, being one of the Romanian executives with an extremely solid track record in leading large organizations.
Over the years, he has been involved in industries such as real estate, FMCG, energy, retail and media. He has extensive experience in building and leading large teams and managing complex investment projects.
Sorin Ioan Blaga studied at the Technical University "Gheorghe Asachi" in Iasi and holds an MBA and a professional diploma in Management with OUBS, Milton Keynes - UK.
In addition to his executive activity, he was associate lecturer at SNSPA (National School of Political and Administrative Studies - Bucharest) and academic tutor at the Open University Business School.
