Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in Real Estate and Mergers & Acquisitions, founded REDPORT Group to help redefine the real estate market in Romania. Graduated in Law in Bucharest and Paris, he is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2006. Leadership through clarity, discipline and ownership. I believe that good decisions come from reality, not noise, and that real power comes from self-control. I choose consistency over impulse, honor over short-term advantage, and sustainable construction over immediate comfort. To me, leadership is about full responsibility: creating value that stands the test of time, making decisions that you can defend for years to come, and being ready to build the next level when the current model reaches its limits.

Bogdan Gubandru, a graduate in Political Science, has over 15 years of experience in the Central and Eastern European real estate markets, playing a key role in landmark transactions such as the sale of America House to Morgan Stanley and the sale of Floreasca Park to investment funds Zeus and Resolution. Previously, he held investment director positions at Crosspoint Savills, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox and Encore Capital Trust.

Oriol Casellas is a graduate of the ESADE MBA program in Barcelona and has more than 20 years of industry experience, gained in management positions for financial and real estate projects in Romania and Poland. His most recent positions include the role of CEO of Meta Estate Trust from 2021-2023, during which time the company has invested in more than 20 real estate projects in the country, as well as the position of Development Manager at Veranda Mall, which he held from 2012-2021.
