Climate
The air-conditioning of the rooms in summer will be realized with multi-split air-conditioning systems. Each system will be composed of indoor duct type units that will be mounted in the hulls and will be connected by means of pipes/couplings to the discharge/suction grilles, and an outdoor unit located on the balcony of each apartment.
Smart Home
The BMS type control system is composed first of all by the basic equipment, namely a 7 inch touch display controller which will be mounted in the center of gravity of the apartment, in the living room and the Mix Controller which will be mounted in the automation panel.
The communication protocol used in this concept is called KNX and is the most powerful and stable communication protocol at present.
The beneficiaries of the apartments will control the following systems from this 7 inch Touch Display Controller as follows :
Underfloor heating in each room;
Climate control via Hisense ceiling indoor units;
General lighting in each room and balconies;

Parking
The parking lots have been sized according to the standards, 86 underground parking spaces AND 50 overground parking spaces.
A typical parking space is 2.50 m x 5 m. The access lane for the basement parking, as well as the access lane on the ground floor (entrance / exit – two-way) has a minimum width of 6.0m, with special maneuvering spaces on the basement level.
The minimum height in the basement and access ramps shall not be less than 2.20 m.
Finishes & Main facilities
The finishes used are premium. The overall picture is coherent. Thermal Installations

Air Conditioning
All apartments will have ready-made air-conditioning routes, with indoor duct units mounted in drywall shells. Ventilation will be through slot grilles and the equipment will be controlled by wall remote controls.
