Redport has reached a portfolio with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over €450 million and is betting on the combination of residential, retail, leisure and hospitality to deliver above average returns.
The largest project in the pipeline, Infinity Nord, developed on over 60,000 sqm in the Dămăroaia-Străulești area, has already signed pre-leases with Auchan and World Class, while the company is preparing the way for its 2028 IPO.

Redport Capital and Mobexpert finalize the acquisition of 44,000 square meters of land in the Petrom City area, in a transaction worth approximately €13 million.
