In parallel, I participate in relevant projects and initiatives within Mobexpert and Rapid Bucharest, gaining an integrated perspective on corporate governance, organizational development and market dynamics. This experience is reinforced by business studies, providing a rigorous analytical framework that complements the expertise gained in the executive environment.
