Most recently, he was Chief Capital Markets Officer at Aroundtown SA, where he attracted over €20 billion in financing through various debt/equity/IPOs and oversaw several M&A transactions such as TLG AG and Globalworth. He previously held senior positions at Grand City Properties SA and PrimeCity Investment Plc. It is recognized for enhancing investor transparency and managing complex financing strategies in the European real estate sector.

Florin Cîțu is a Romanian economist and former Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Romania, with international experience in the fields of monetary and fiscal policy, sovereign finance and capital markets. Academically trained in the United States, he has worked in central banking, international finance and in top private sector positions, including as Managing Director, coordinating trading, sales and money markets teams. He led Romania through one of the most challenging fiscal times, stabilizing markets, managing rating agency risk and achieving record low borrowing costs. His combination of public policy expertise and market leadership provides investors with a unique 360° perspective and clear, strategically informed judgment.
